Greetings, I have a powerbook firewire and I was wondering what is the ideal setup for the pb to be integrated into my home studio. I am using an adat connected lightpipe to a korg 168 soundlink mixer, and my ASR-10 sampler. The mixer is midi capable. I was looking at those BIAS cards and the new MOTU firewire thing. I don't even know exactly what these things do, I just know I need them. Also I have pro-tools free. It seems like it works fine, but I haven't set it up for midi yet. Do you recommend me replacing it, or is it cool. Thanks for you help guys. AL.
